This Website Privacy Policy is separate from our Health Information Privacy Notice. Information submitted through our appointment, intake, or health-record systems may also be governed by that notice and, when applicable, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ("HIPAA").

We do not knowingly permit advertising pixels or similar advertising trackers to collect information from secure intake, appointment-detail, patient-record, or payment pages.
