Our programs serve adults living with diabetes or prediabetes, their caregivers, as well as healthcare providers and facilities seeking diabetes education. Our Services include:

Diabetes Insight, LLC is a Florida-based provider of diabetes education services. We offer a range of educational programs designed to help individuals and organizations better manage and understand diabetes. Our programs serve adults living with diabetes or prediabetes, their caregivers, as well as healthcare providers and facilities seeking diabetes education. Our Services include:

•Group Workshops: Diabetes education workshops (approximately 2 hours) delivered in group settings.

•One-on-One Sessions: Personalized one-hour virtual sessions for individuals seeking tailored diabetes education.

•CGM Education: Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) education workshops (1 hour, offered virtually) focusing on how to use and interpret CGM devices.

•Provider Training: Contracted in-office education for healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, or other facilities that require diabetes education services for their staff or patients.

We continually strive to improve and update our offerings. The descriptions of Services on our Site are subject to change, and we do not guarantee the availability of any specific program at all times.

3. Disclaimers (No Medical Advice)

3.1. Educational Purpose Only: Diabetes Insight, LLC provides diabetes education and information. All content on our Site and all Services (including workshops and sessions) are for educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3.2. No Patient-Provider Relationship: Using our Services does not establish a doctor-patient or other clinical relationship between you and Diabetes Insight or any of our instructors. Our instructors are Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists (CDCES), and our educational curriculum is approved by the American Diabetes Association. However, they are acting in an educational capacity, not as your personal healthcare providers.

3.3. User Responsibility: Always consult a qualified healthcare provider (such as a physician or registered dietitian) for personalized medical advice or any questions about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of information you obtained from our Services. Recommendations or information provided during sessions or on the Site should be discussed with your own healthcare provider before you make any changes to your health regimen.

3.4. No Guarantees of Outcomes: We do not guarantee any specific results or health outcomes from using our educational Services. Managing diabetes varies by individual, and success depends on many factors outside our control. You acknowledge that any application of the information provided through our Services is at your discretion and risk.

When you purchase any diabetes education workshop or session, you agree to pay all applicable fees. We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. All fees are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified, and payment in full is required at the time of registration or booking.

5.1. Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling: Our policies for refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling of sessions will be provided to you at the time of purchase or booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us at the email provided in the Contact Information section below. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee availability or refunds unless required by applicable law or by a specific policy in effect at the time of your purchase.

5.2. Our Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop or session if necessary (for example, due to instructor unavailability or technical issues). In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.
